In the Kitchen

The kitchen is the hub of our home, I’m sure it’s the hub of yours too. For the most part I try to feed my family cooked from scratch food every day. Some days I actually cook three meals a day but this is rare. I usually use a combination of fresh, frozen, and canned meals to accomplish this. In this section you’ll find my best tips for feeding your family wholesome, made from scratch meals on a regular basis.

If you need a little help keeping track of all the food you preserve for your family I have some free printable worksheets for you.  Enjoy!
