When Life is Really Full

…something or some things must give.

I’m just popping in to let you know that this space will be kind of quiet for the next few weeks. We have lots of things going on and I’ve decided to be fully present for them  and not distracted by my online work. I’ll still be checking comments every couple of days and I do have a few book reviews that I’m excited to share with you – things like homestead cooking and growing your own plants for dyes – totally amazing books. oh, and I’m hoping to get a May garden update posted.

So, if you don’t already, you might want to subscribe by email (in the sidebar) so you don’t have to come over each day just to be disappointed that there isn’t a new post. Because I’m sure that’s what you do each day. 😉  This way you can get the email right in your inbox.

If you just can’t bear to be without some homesteading awesomeness, you can check out my facebook page as I give a homesteading shout out each day and when I do a blog post it’s automatically shared on my facebook page.

Wondering what we’re up to? Well, we’re making a quick trip to see Christian and Lizzy (8 hours away) to see him get an award at the jewelry school, I’m taking Gabriel about 3 hours away on another day to pick up bees, Phoebe has her dance recital,  Josiah is graduating, we’re having a celebration at our home that afternoon, the next day we’re hosting a baby shower at our home and I’ve decided to go ahead and paint my house, you know before all these parties happen.

So, instead of being all stressed out, I’ve decided to just get my house in order and focus on this very full life that I’ve been blessed with.

Have a great week, Friends!

Thanks for sharing with your friends!
