Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this! Yeah! I just ordered my grain mill the other day and wait for it anxiously. I was planning to order my grain from Honeymill...this makes it a wonderful savings. I am so glad I waited! Blessings poor in, don't they?

When I open the bag I pour it in a five gallon bucket and use a screw on lid that they sell called "Gamma Lids". They're kind of pricey but worth every penny. I just keep my buckets in the garage but you could put it in the mudroom or pantry if you have room. I store unopened bags in my room under my bed. I know it's crazy but we have a small house.
